As Chief Executive Officer of Yellowstone Advisors, Ray Cornelio leads the firm's mission to help healthcare organizations and government agencies successfully navigate complex transformation initiatives. A healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and Service-Disabled Veteran, he brings an operator's perspective shaped by executive leadership, strategic growth, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise transformation.
Ray's experience includes executive leadership within one of the nation's largest physician services organizations, where he has led strategic growth and transformation initiatives spanning healthcare operations, value-based care, Medicaid and public health, rural healthcare, healthcare technology modernization, strategic partnerships, and complex multi-state operations. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations align strategy, operations, technology, and stakeholders to improve performance and deliver measurable outcomes.
